"Spot Specific Topical Application" Massage a small amount onto areas of soreness 2 to 4 times a day for temporary relief of minor aches and pain associated with sore muscles, joints, strains, bruises, and sprains. 

Applying a thin layer to the affected area, massage into sore achy muscles and joints. 

Recommended for all over as needed. 

To avoid contamination, please wash your hands thoroughly before each use, do not share salve, and keep the lid closed tightly when not in use.
