Exceptional 357 will accept items that are in new condition, unused, and free of damage by customers for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt of the original order for a full refund or exchange.

Return Instructions
1) Send an email to ex357.cbd@gmail.com with a copy of your original purchase receipt. Make sure to include a brief explanation as to why you would like to make your return or refund. (Note: Credit and exchanges are available and must be detailed in your original email)
2) You will receive an email from us within 48 hours with all details and how to proceed with your return.
